iPhone, Android, and mixed groups

Groups need a stable conversation ID from our messaging provider to stay separate. If a mixed iPhone/Android group cannot connect, use the guest link above. Direct texts connect only that sender to a wall.

Wait for a reply naming this wall before sending photos. In direct texts, send another wall's code to switch walls. To switch a connected group chat, the host must disconnect its old connection first. Separate groups stay independent.

Sharing a photo from another app?

Save it to your camera roll first, then send it. Copying a picture straight out of WhatsApp (or a similar app) and pasting it into Messages sends your text but quietly leaves the picture behind — on every phone, not just ours.

What gets saved

New photos, videos, and plain text received by The Wall are saved here. This includes conversation, not just pictures. Let everyone in the chat know before connecting.

This wall is public: anyone can view its photos and messages. Hosts can remove posts and disconnect texting.
